Regulated teams shipping AI have no independent way to know where their systems break. Provion, built under our Protokol brand, red-teams AI systems with adversarial testing mapped to the EU AI Act — finding where they fail before a user, attacker, or regulator does.
Agent stacks fail unreproducibly. We built a from-scratch harness across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and OpenRouter on a deterministic append-only event log — identical inputs always produce identical wire bytes. It powers a production AI chat app with reload-proof streaming and mid-thread model switching.
